Some time ago I made the ornament for the Christmas three with some IKEA colorful straws. Since the straws are something really easy to handle and cut and they makes every kids room a bit quirky, I had a look on the blogosphere and found some ideas that can be made by your self.
But first I wanna show you my own straws frame that I simply made with a white IKEA frame and a bunch of colorful straws.
Tools and material: Scissors and glue, straws and a frame.
And here I show you some amazing DIYs that I’ve found in pinterest. Actually I’m kind of in love with the plant hanger!

Happy Crafty Weekend!
I am back in London and full of enthusiasm for new blog design. Have you already seen our new ABOUT page? It was so good to see Ale in live!!! Her house is so filled with craftiness and the two of us in one room made living in craftosphere very real.
One morning we wandered around in Zurich and it struck me again how arty, hip and individual this city is. Compared to London, I appreciate its originality and authenticity.
Together we dropped by at some of my favorite shops (comepony, camaleon, uniqum and lilli-tulpan) and collected crafty ideas. Soaked with inspiration I feel ready now for a new season in craftosphere!
Today I read in a magazine where they said that the daily life is full of small big adventures: you just have to see them and give it a try. I’ve always believed so. When I feel frustrated or bored about the everyday life, I just try to get a new challenge. Sometimes the “new challenge” is just something very small, like call one person that I have been thinking for weeks, or months…
A new project is refreshing, mentally healthy, and make us understand that we have a lot of challenges still to make and that we often forget them, putting them on the last place of our inner priority list.
My little small new project of this Blog is to make a tiny online shop. I have been working lately with different material and made a small collection of handmade jewelry. Here a taste of it!
A new project takes energy and time. But I decided to make it small, because it is more likely to happen!
For the moment I just want to show some work I have done lately.
I have done also a lot of pictures and pieces and hope to add something more.
I hope soon to put it online for real.
happy crafty week!
